Intergrande Real Estate Development was founded by Mr. Baboo K C with a steadfast commitment to excellence, sustainability, and innovation in architectural design. Upholding the highest standards of quality, the company operates with a fully integrated approach through its dedicated subsidiaries: Intergrande Building Contracting Company and Intergrande BKC Labour Supply.
By maintaining direct oversight of construction and workforce management, we ensure seamless coordination, operational efficiency, and uncompromised quality at every stage of development. This integrated structure enables us to mitigate risks, enhance communication, and uphold our unwavering dedication to delivering superior real estate developments.
Since its inception the company has expanded its capabilities apart from real estate development. Along with the building contracting company, IRED has a dedicated joinery and fitout division along with an aluminium and glass workshop. The joinery and fitout division delivers custom interior solutions that elevate the design and functionality of spaces. While the aluminium facility enables the production of precision-engineered aluminium products with a focus on durability, design, and energy efficiency. With a workforce of more than 300, the group has been rapidly expanding.
IRED has completed two villas that are ready to move in and is continuously working on developing and constructing further innovative and luxurious designs.
